Artist who helped the then deputy president William Ruto to launch the Wheelbarrow Movement at his Karen Official Residence has now come out to speak on his predicament several months after the event.
The artist known as Anto Neosoul has come out to say that he was never paid his money when he helped the now head of state President William Ruto to launch the Wheelbarrow Movement.
“Hata Sikulipwa, Hadi Wa Leo. Nilibebwa ufala” he said. Loosely translated to mean , ‘i was not paid up to today. I was used.’
Human rights activist Boniface Mwangi who says that the artist is his nephew has sought the help of Dennis Itumbi to ensure that the artist is paid his dues.
The last general elections saw the now current head of state President William Ruto also employ the use of artists and creatives in his campaigns that resonated so well with the youth through the Bottom up economic model.
