President Ruto has worked extremely hard in ensuring that all regions feel fully represented in government. It’s worth noting that, challenges have existed in government for years due to the formula of sharing revenue with the National Government.
Taita Taveta leaders have focused on mining and tourism as their major sources of income. The latest changes on revenue sharing is therefore a step into the right direction and a very big achievement for the county government.
