Iran has threatened Israel of launching a missile at Haifa “without hesitation”. The warning came amid the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas.
“If it is necessary and [the order is given],” Iran will strike Israel’s northern city “without hesitation,” said Ali Fadavi, the deputy commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards (IIRG).
The statement was made Fadavi at the University of Tehran where he was speaking to Iranian students. In reply to a question on Iran direct action Israel, he said: “Some of you young people consider practical action to be a direct missile to Haifa, of course, if it is necessary, this will be done, and it will be done without hesitation.”
He further claimed that the Israel Defense Forces has been lying about the Iron Dome’s successful rate and alleged it to be just 30 per cent.
“America created Israel for its security, and if it feels insecure, it will easily sacrifice it,” Fadavi claimed.
Towards the beginning of the war, the IIRG deputy chief had threatened Israel with “shockwave by the resistance front” if its “atrocities” do not stop in Gaza.
“The resistance front’s shocks against the Zionist regime will continue until this ‘cancerous tumor’ is eradicated from the world map,” Fadavi had said.
“Another shockwave is on the way, if Israel does not end atrocities in Gaza,” he said.
