Machakos County Governor Wavinya Ndeti has been forced to address the issue of the recently concluded demolitions in Mavoko portland cement land.
She faulted the government agency for colluding with the relevant authorities to allow people to settle and develop the land that they fraudulently purchased.
She said the government supported people’s initiative to build and get the permit to operate schools and churches in the land which has now been involved with the scandal that has cost innocent buyers dearly.
She has now appologised to President William Ruto as she claimed that the involved Officers gave Ruto a wrong information that resulted to the Demolitions. She has asked President William Ruto to sack all the State agency officials for allegedly giving Ruto false information on the issue of Portland Cement land.
The issue has so far draw close political attention as Political leaders and administration leaders have been grilled by the DCI as probe into the matter is ongoing to establish whoever conducted such kind of fraud.
