Ruto vowed to not put up with ministerial scandals and urged ministerial secretaries to abstain from any conduct that might result in them.
He said that speaking with the secretaries of ministers embroiled in scandals would not be customary.
In addition to informing the general secretary and administrators about the situation, the head of state said he had spoken with the relevant ministries.
Ruto made it clear that government employees are not permitted to receive the money and that it may only be utilized to give services to Kenyans.
This is not typical, I had a friendly conversation with my government, and I would like to do the same with the general secretaries up to the directors.I informed Kenyans there was no money to steal; it was only available to carry out government initiatives, projects, and goals, he told The Standard.
He also acknowledged that Kenyans are losing faith in his administration as a result of CSs’s broken promises.
Ruto rebuked this and vowed to put an end to it, recognizing that it damaged his leader’s reputation among Kenyans.
“This path has already led us to a poor place, so we are eager to see where it leads us.” I can promise you that it’s time to put an end to this for good.
