After today’s national dialogue committee sitting, the committee has finally agreed on three important agendas that were raised by technical teams drawn from both Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition and Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government.

As relayed by a report covered on KTN news, the team which is led by former vice-president Kalonzo Musyoka and Kimani Ichungwah has allegedly agreed on three issues including two thirds gender rule, establishment of office of opposition leader and that of prime cabinet secretary and fidelity of political parties.

The report therefore adds that democracy of parties will be observed despite Ruto’s government move of buying MPs from opposition.

“National Dialogue: Team agrees on three issues including two-thirds gender rule, establishment of Prime CS and Opposition leader office and fidelity of political parties”, the report intimates.

This comes days after kenyans and other organizations presented their submissions with majority targetting the recruitment of IEBC commission.

However, the team is yet to agree on audit of last year’s august presidential election. According to Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s leaders led by former prime minister Raila Odinga, IEBC servers must be audited failure to which they will resume anti-government demonstrations.

Ruto’s camp in response is holding that elections period ended and therefore audit won’t happen.

Lastly in your opinion, do you agree with the three issues that the national dialogue committee has agreed on?
