Requirements for ENA Coach long-distance drivers
The company said it was looking for 20 highly motivated and disciplined individuals.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the bus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Courteous and self-motivated
• Picking up customers as per company policies and taking them safely and timely to their destination
• Helping passengers with their bags and other luggage
• Performing daily and monthly vehicle inspections as required
• Ensuring the vehicle is cleaned and fuelled accordingly
• Ensuring performance of scheduled preventive maintenance for vehicles
Qualifications
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• PSV /NTSA a must
• Police clearance certificate (Good Conduct)
• A valid accident-free driving License
• Over five years experience
• MUST be 35yrs and above of age
• Medical reports from renowned Institutions, including optical
Requirements for ENA Coach Conductors
Otherwise referred to as bus assistants, ENA Coach announced it was looking to hire 10 highly motivated people for the post.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for bus customers on board
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Courteous and self-motivated individual
• Helping passengers with luggage
• Perform first aid when called to.
• Handling parcels
• Handling bus boots
• Responsible for all bus tools not limited to onboard devices i.e. radio, screens, charging sockets
• Responsible for bus exterior and interior cleanliness.
Qualifications
• Police clearance certificate
• PSV/NTSA a MUST
• A valid driver’s licence
• Must be above 20yrs of age
• Certificate or any related course in hospitality and customer service
• Certificate in first aid and fire safety is an added advantage
• Medical report from a renowned institution
• MUST be able to read and write
• Passport or interstate pass added advantage
