An undated photo of a fancy house built on top of residential apartment has gone viral, eliciting mixed reactions from netizens.
The video, which was first shared on TikTok by @nyoiketj, later made its way to various social media platforms including X and Facebook. It was shared multiple times netizens who were puzzled by its funny design.
Some netizens noted that it was a good idea, saying it’s good utilization of space. Some netizens concluded that the fancy house belonged to the landlord.
“Hapa landlord anakukalia, literally,” one netizen commented.
“Brilliant! Killing two birds and a rabbit with one stone. I hope he has a grass yard around the mansion on top,” an impressed netizen commended the owner of the house.
“This is a great idea instead of buying more land,” another Kenyan said.
Some netizens, however, criticised the house plan, with some wondering if it was safe.
“Very foolish design according to me. No hard feelings,” an unimpressed Kenyan said.
