Some few moments ago, the governor of Siaya county hon James Orengo together with other local leaders came out to welcome the president of this country, Dr William Samoe Ruto to his county where the head of state has already launched development projects.
Now, it was during one event when governor James Orengo came out to talk about the issue of goverment development in opposition areas. On this matter, Orengo said that it is totally wrong for anyone to say that one must be in goverment so as to get development. Orengo said that the constitution says that all Kenyans are equal and have rights to get goverment services irregardless of their political affiliations.
He also attacked those talking about the shares saying that anyone issuing such remarks doesn’t know what the law is saying. He went ahead to say that he is a strong member of ODM and no one should tell him to join the goverment side so as to benefit from Ruto’s development.
