A renowned female cabinet secretary is the latest talk of the town. This is after she reportedly changed her clothes three times during one event.
Sources present during that function noted that the CS in question would take breaks to go and change her attire causing unnecessary delays in the program. The MC of the day would be forced to find something else or give a break to attendants to allow the CS to change.
That move infuriated the congregants and for the third time, some threatened to storm out of that function in protest for wasting their time.
An insider noted that anytime the CS went to change, she would also have her makeup artist do her makeup anew as congregants waited. The whole exercise would take between 30 minutes and one hour.
The function that was supposed to end at around 3 p.m. was dragged past 5 p.m. Some attendants criticize the CS for being too self-centered and focusing too much on herself rather than serving Kenyans.
However, the handlers of the CS defended her, stating that the hot weather and the dust might have prompted her need to change her attire three times. They also submitted that the CS was not used to such harsh climatic conditions that were difficult to cope with.
