Felix Odiwuor better known by his stage name Jalang’o has opened up about the ongoing issues in the orange Democratic movement party stating that there will be no way he can be removed from his seat as a member of Parliament.
According to Jalang’o, the only way that the orange Democratic movement party can remove him from his current seat as the member of Parliament for Lang’ata constituency is during the next general election in 2027 by not giving him the party ticket to run with.
This information came after a move by the orange Democratic movement party to disown its member of Parliaments who had gone against their stand as azimio coalition and joined the ruling side Kenya kwanza in order to gain development for their constituencies.
According to MP Jalang’o, the ODM party leader Raila Odinga had tried to remove some of the Members of Parliament in office and failed. In my opinion, it seems that the Lang’ata constituency member of Parliament is confident that he will not get a chance to contest for the position again with the ODM party ticket.
However, the law makers seems to be confident that the work he will have done for the five years UpTo the next general election will give him an upper hand as far as his second term as a member of Parliament is concerned.
