According to the reports reaching my desk from trusted sources, Shanderema Boys High school dormitory is on fire.The reports indicate that the dormitory started burning in the evening and tge cause of the ugly incident has not been revealed upto this point. The reports reveal that firefighters have not yet arrived at the scene.
It is a bad news to a school that made it’s name during the school football competition in Kakamega where the school emerged as the champions in the region. They represented the country in the East African games last Month.
Schools have reopened for the new term and such cases could indicate the restlessness of the students ahead of the national examination.
