In an investive feature called Jane and Solomon done by Citizen TV, the woman identified as Jane Muthoni was narrating her side of the story to show her innocence after she was sentenced for killing her husband, a former principal, in cold-blooded in collaboration with another convict in November 2016.
In the episode dated August 20th 2023, Jane ia heard saying that on the fateful night that her husband died, she was not feeling well and had left the house at 1 am to look for milk.
Many netizens feel that Jane is lying since it’s quit illogical to leave your husband in the house at 1 am and go out alone to look for milk when one is not feeling well. Throughout the interview, Jane insisted that she is innocent. She currently serving a jail term of 30 years after she was found guilty with her accomplice.
