New information has recently surfaced regarding the whereabouts of Cherera and Masit since Ruto’s assumption of office. According to Raila, Cherera and Masit left Kenya due to concerns of potential trouble arising once Ruto took on the role of power. Allegedly, Cherera and Masit fled to the United States of America in search of safety and tranquility after sensing impending danger.
Raila said they ran away because Ruto is a man who believes in revenging those who don’t agree with him.
“We must stand in unison against Ruto’s vindictiveness. He is a man who believes in revenge against the people he does not agree with,” Raila claimed.
Raila disclosed this information during the funeral of a protest victim from Emali in Makueni county. He stated, “Madam Cherera and Irene Masit relocated to the United States of America due to threats posed by the current administration. Despite claiming victory in the election, this government continues to target those with differing opinions. Such vindictive behavior is detrimental to the nation.”
Raila assured Ruto that their commitment to advocating for the rights of Kenyan voters remains unwavering. He emphasized his stance on the server issue, persistently demanding their disclosure.
