The queen of Kenyan music, Nadia Mukami, has shocked Kenyans after admitting that she is still single, despite being in a romantic relationship with fellow musician, Arrow Bwoy for more than two years.While the artist was talking to a local radio station, she noted that her fiancee has not yet paid her dowry to her parents, so it is not right for her to be referred to as someone’s wife.
The truth is I’m not married. Arrow Boy hasn’t even paid me a dowry so I’m still on the market. He’s with me on a loan until he pays the dowry and I’ll officially be his wife. I’m just his girlfriend, not his wife.” Nadia revealed.
According to the mother of one child, men should know that if they have not yet paid dowry to their lovers, then it is not right to name women who are in romantic relationships with them as their wives.
In August 2021, Nadia and Arrow Bwoy confirmed that they are in a relationship after hinting to their fans online for several months that they are in love.
Nadia also revealed that she is getting older, and it was good to have a boyfriend.
“I think people don’t believe because it’s been a long time. I’m getting older, I’m 25 this year, and you get to a certain age when you want to be proud of someone and build a future with them,” she said two years ago.
