In a news report that has been shared by a reliable source of information, it has been reported that a Twitter user who took to his Twitter account to express his opinion on situation in the country has stated that the man who has been identified as Mutubwa is being used by President William Ruto.
Responding to the man, Orange Democratic Movement Party Communication director Philip Etale had this to say about the incident.
