Wycliffe Oparanya, a former governor of Kakamega, has provided Kenyans with information on what to anticipate during the mass action demonstration that is planned to take place tomorrow at Kamukunji grounds.

In a report that appeared in the People Daily newspaper on Monday, Wycliffe Oparanya revealed that they would be speaking with Kenyans about the harsh tax proposals put forth by William Ruto’ s administration. According to Oparanya, Azimio la Umoja, one of the founders of the Kenya Coalition, would explain to Kenyans what lies ahead of them so that the entire campaign can become a Kenyan- led effort rather than Mr. Odinga’ s led effort.

There is an urgent need to unite the public in opposition to the bill that was recently passed by members of parliament linked with William Ruto’ s Kenya Kwanza Party. The measures that were adopted by the government of Ruto’ s Kenya Kwanza have been described as poisonous to the lives of Kenyans. ” We want to speak to the people directly and inform them what impacts these taxes would have on them, and we want to do this as soon as possible. We want to convey to them why it is important for the entire campaign to be led by Kenyans and not by Raila, ” Oparanya stated in an interview with People’ s Daily.

His comment comes just before the eagerly awaited Azimio la Umoja gathering, at which all Azimio- linked leaders are supposed to be present. The former prime minister Raila Odinga, the leader of the Narc Kenya party Martha Karua, the former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka, the former minister of defense Eugene Wamalwa, and the leader of Root’ s party George Wajackoyah are all expected to attend.

In the meantime, let us wait and watch to see what takes place after this. Please don’ t forget to follow, share, and comment on this post with your thoughts.
