Young digital comedian Onsongo has attracted netizens sympathy after a video of him viewing his late colleague’s body went viral. The young lad who had travelled to Nyakach in Kisumu County ahead of actor Duncan Ochonjo’s burial was seemingly dumbfounded when he opted to view his friend’s body in the casket. Onsongo had been accompanied by his mother who wailed uncontrollably upon viewing the late actor’s body.
Reminiscing their memories, Onsongo’s mother narrated how Ochonjo often referred to him as “mum” whenever they met. However, Onsongo did not shed any tears but kept on shaking his head in disbelief; something which caught many Kenyans’ concerns.
“Onsongo is really shocked, he cannot believe his friend is no more.” A netizen commented.
Many have since sent him their regards with a handful wishing him quick healing from the trauma. Alongside Ochonjo’s acting crew, other celebrities among them Sandra Dacha, MP Jalang’o and other influential individuals also graced the ceremony. May the family and friends of Ochonjo be comforted at this difficult time.
