Currently, Kenyans are looking to see how the members of parliament will handle the 2023 finance bill. This is because it does not seem to favor Kenyans as numerous taxes might increase the cost of living and leave a lot of Kenyans struggling to survive. This explains why some politicians have been seen resigning from the UDA party.

On 27th May 2023, Pauline Njorge took to her social media page to announce the stand of the Jubilee party about the 2023 finance bill. According to Njoroge, the Jubilee Political Part is against the 2023 finance bill. She further went ahead to ask Sabina Chege and Kanini to make public their stand on the issue so that Kenyans would know whether the two would support whatever the President tells them to.

Even though it is quite evident that numerous Kenyans are against the 2023 finance bill, there have been numerous claims that the bill may be passed by members of parliament allied with the Kenya Kwanza Government.
