Uhuru Kenyatta led Jubilee party is presently witnessing inner storms thanks to the infighting between Jeremiah Kioni divide and Kanini Kega side. The two former law makers are both claiming to be on the pedal of party leadership and this has bred confusion.
Insofar, Jubilee wrangles have taken a number of twists with EALA MP sending warning shots to Uhuru and team alleging Raila-led Orange party is taking advantage of Jubilee. In a communication through his social media pages, Mr Kega disclosed that ODM has hitherto been running Azimio activities without engaging Jubilee.Citing the composition of Azimio One Kenya Coalition delegates, Kanini showed that Raila has no Jubilee interests in heart and if he had, he would have atleast considered involving Jubilee members in the bench.
Out of the seven members in Raila’s team, five of them are ODM members with Wiper party and KUP producing a member each. Kieni’s side has accused ODM of hypocrisy by arguing that it is deceptive for Odinga to declare that Jubilee party is a bonafide member of Azimio but fail to involve it in key deliberations.Unlike Azimio, Kenya Kwanza incorporated members of Jubilee party to it’s team but Keynan has since been recused after Azimio decried the gesture. By showing Uhuru how hypocritical Orange party is, this revelation will inarguably form base of discussion once Jubilee convenes it’s meeting scheduled late May.
