On May 3rd evening, the leader of the Wiper party, Kalonzo Musyoka, reappeared online and boldly urged Ruto’s camp to engage in cross-party negotiations.

As negotiations are about to break down, Kalonzo, one of the leaders of the Kenya Coalition and Azimio la Umoja, claimed that they had already made a concession to Kenya Kwanza’s side.

Despite protests from Ruto’s friends, Kalonzo stated via his official twitter account that the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s demands remain the same and that they are willing to cancel tomorrow’s mass protests if Adan Kaynan is taken off Kenya Kwanza’s team.

“We made an offer last Sunday to Kenya Kwanza as the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya leadership on Bipartisan talks. All our other conditions remain the same.”he wrote.

When Azimio la Umoja, one of the leaders of the Kenya Coalition, is anticipated to organize another massive mass action tomorrow, his sentiment comes across.

Speaking on Tuesday, Martha Karua, the leader of the Narc Kenya party, stood at Raila Odinga’s side as he vowed he would not be intimidated by the Ruto administration, which was taking Kenya back to the Moi era.
