A 32-year-old man has been hit with a life sentence of imprisonment for allegedly defiling his 8-year-old class 2 daughter. The man is said to have been left alone with the daughter while the wife was on a journey.
According to up to six witnesses who appeared before the Kahawa Law Court Magistrate, Ann Kayo, the father acted dangerously by causing damages and injuries to the minor, culminating in excessive bleeding. The neighbors heard the girl crying the whole night until the following day, when the mother returned. The girl narrated the incident to her mother as she rushed her to the hospital. The hospital reports confirmed the deep penetrations by the suspect.
“The hospital report, together with the six witnesses before this honorable court, do hereby confirm that the suspect had defiled the daughter several times in one night. With all regards and having taken all the necessary consideration, I do hereby award the suspect a life imprisonment sentence, as the Magistrate Court has affirmed, as quoted by The Star Kenya Newspaper.
