The Kenyan Government has today broken silence with a powerful message to all Kenyan learners undertaking their studies on varied institutions embodied within the Kenyan borders.
Addressing via the Ministry of Transport Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen today the 19th of April 2023, the Kenyan Government has permanently banned nighttime travel by all Kenyan students in a strategic move geared towards curbing the skyrocketing cases of road traffic accident.
The Kenyan Government has articulated that the ban on nighttime travel by all Kenyan students has taken effect today the 19th of April 2023 and will remain in force for an indefinite period of time.
The Kenyan Government has articulated that no school bus will be allowed to ferry learners between the hours of 10 pm and 5 am starting from today in a devoted move fostered towards enhancing safety of the Kenyan learners especially during this time when schools in the country are closing for the April holiday.
