Babu Owino, a representative for Embakasi East, is currently in more problems than ever as a result of an incident in which he shot a DJ by the name of Evolve while he was in possession of a pistol. The member of Parliament has a case to answer in accordance with the court’s ruling. In order to prepare for the case, he needs start the process of assembling his defense team as soon as feasible.
The two parties ultimately chose to settle the dispute out of court despite the fact that Babu Owino shot DJ Evolve inside a Kilimani Club. Despite the fact that DJ Evolve was in the line of fire when the shooting took place, this was accomplished. On the other hand, the fact that the problem keeps coming up is clear proof of how severe the situation is right now.
Many Kenyans have taken it upon themselves to voice their demand that Babu Owino be brought to justice in light of the tragic events that have occurred in connection with DJ Evolve. The member of parliament has maintained, however, that because he and the victim were able to come to a mutually agreeable resolution of the conflict, he is not liable for his actions.
