Top of the list is Radio Jambo. Radio Jambo is loved and listened to by all Kenyans. The fact that they speak Kiswahili makes it easier for them to reach millions. Their morning show called ‘patanisho’ where lovers who have broken up are reconciled is the most popular radio show in Kenya. It is followed by their evening show where deadbeat dads are exposed and also people’s dark secrets revealed.
Second on the list is Citizen radio owned by the royal media services. Citizen is one of the oldest radio stations in the country hence the large number of listeners to date. They also have famous radio presenters like actor Abdi and inspector Mwala who attract so many listeners.
