It is no secret that celebrated Kenyan comedian and content creator David Oyando alias Mulamwah is currently building his own mansion.
The funny man who is also a presenter at Milele FM has infact been on this journey for sometime now, with reports suggesting that he began the construction about a year ago, in March after buying his own land.
Well if you are a follower of Mulamwah on his Instagram account, then you surely must have seen how he loves to update his fans with regards to the progress of the mansion so far.
Just a week ago he infact took to his account again to flaunt photos of the house that he is building in the village, and what was clear is that it was almost coming to completion.
According to the photos, it was clear that the two-storeyed mansion was only left with the roofing stage for it to be habitable.
Mulamwah reveals how his house will look like after completion, the cost so far
If you are wondering how Mulamwah’s mansion will look like upon completion of all the stages, then wonder no more because he has revealed it for the first time.
The funny man infact disclosed this in a recent Q&A session that he had with his Instagram followers, where some wanted to know about details of the mansion.
When one of the fans inquired about how many bedrooms the house will have, Mulamwah disclosed that it will have 5 bedrooms.
He also went ahead and shared a photo of how it will look like, and it was marvellous.
Another curious fan also inquired about how much money the radio presenter had used so far on his building project, and he disclosed that it had costed him and arm and a leg.
“Congratulations on your house project, so far how much have you spent?” The fan asked.
In his response Mulamwah posted a screenshot of a sum from his calculator, and what was clear is that he had spent over Kshs 4.5 million. He said further that building a house is very expensive.
This however is not the first time that Mulamwah has disclosed how expensive building a house is.
In June 2022 the funny man took to his social media platform to complain about how expensive the building materials were, and asked for prayers for the economy to get better.
“Mkiombea being ya unga ishuke, kumbukeni kuombea pia bei ya simiti bei ya SIMITI, CHUMA na MAWE. Those things are expensive AF. Foundation pekee ni kagari kazuri mahali” he wrote.
