Today marks the final stretch of Azimio’s rallies across the country ahead of Monday’s protests. Azimio team has been holding numerous rallies across the country as they lobby their supporters to turn out in large numbers on 20th this month.

Prior to the announcement of March 20th, Raila and Azimio team has given President William Ruto irreducible minimums failure to which, they will stage nationwide protests. Among the minimums include the opening of IEBC servers, addressing the high cost of living among others.

However, with a few days remaining, the Kenya Kwanza regime has maintained that Raila is just playing his usual theatrics to force a handshake. While visiting Kiambu County today (President Ruto’s stronghold), Raila Odinga and other Azimio leaders have encountered challenges among them being tear gassed.

The incident of police lobbying tear gases has caught the attention of many Kenyans including Azimio leaders. As a way to notify Kenyans on the incident, the Azimio leader, Raila Odinga has expressed his gratitude to Kenyans who turned out in large numbers despite the challenge. The post invited mixed reactions from Kenyans.
