A man identified as Maina caused a drama during virtual preceding of court. The preceding was about safari rally’s driver murder case. The Safari rally driver was identified as Wahome.
Maina being one of those mentioned in this case appeared half naked shocking everyone in the whole session. The Judge, identified as Mutende was puzzled whether the man was a litigant or a judge.
Maina’s appearance without a shirt or a vest forced the judge to switch off his camera during the whole session. This is not the first case of people behaving abnormally during virtual case preceding. Last year, a woman judge logged in Milimani virtual court preceding while in bed with her husband.
The judge urgent people to observe the cordial dressing as required by law. It is reported that sometimes people just wear official clothes halfway during the preceding. Some men judges only wear a shirt, tie and a blazer.
