It you are a social media user you must have come across Paul Mwai at some point. He is a renown Kikuyu gospel musician who is always well grounded to be distracted by naysayers.
Mwai is the fourth born in a family of seven children and he come from a very humble background. He was enrolled in form one in Njiris High school and since his family had no enough money to pay for his school he was forced to move to a cheaper school which parents could afford.
He started singing at a very tender age and he recorded his first album in form one and his second album when he was in form two. Unfortunately the albums were not received well by kenyans and form three he recorded his 3rd album “ndigatiga kuga” which did not do well until lately when it became everone’s favourite.
He also recorded the 4th album “racing up” and 6th album “through it all”. He started from selling compact discs in matatus to being among the most successful and celebrated worship minister in Kenya.
