Celebrated Kenyan actress and comedian Sandra Dacha alias Silprosa has today embarked on her fitness journey.
The self-proclaimed biggest machine infact disclosed this to her fans via a post on her Facebook account, where she shared a short video clip of herself hitting the gym hard.
According to the video, Sandra Dacha was taking part in several exercises that focused on her legs, arms and abdominal area.
The former Auntie Boss actress was infact spotted walking on a treadmill. She also did some leg raises and planks that usually develop the abs.
According to Sandra Dacha her main focus is to stay fit while at the gym, and not to exactly lose weight.
It will however be interesting to see the results after she manages to complete the one month of hitting the gym, because staying fit and losing weight usually go hand in hand.
“Just to put the record straight I am not doing this to lose weight, but TO KEEP FIT. I will forever be the BIGGEST MACHINE!

Sandra Dacha’s post however elicited reactions from her fans, and most encouraged her to keep on going.
It should be noted that in a previous interview that Sandra Dacha had in 2020, She disclosed that she was weighing 123 Kgs at the time.
Her current weight however is not yet known.
Sandra Dacha gets body-shamed
The move by Sandra Dacha to hit the gym comes just few months after she was unfortunately body-shamed by some netizens, because of how she is chubby.
In July 2022 she infact took to her social media platforms to address the haters without actually mentioning names.
“Ati nimenona sana…unataka nikonde unipeleke wapi…? 😝😝😝😝😝😝 (Apparently I’m too fat…you want me to lose weight so that you take me where)” she wrote.
