If you are a fan of Inooro tv, you might have come across this program called “Njeraini Citu” meaning inside our jail which is aired every Sunday night after 9 p.m news.
This show is hosted by Simon Kibe. In this show, he tries to reach out to various prisoners and ask them the reason why they are serving jail sentences and their advice to the people who are out there.
Now Simon reached a young girl called Zichan Abdul who is serving 8 years jail term in Langata Women’s prison, she was detained after she killed her boyfriend.
Zichan said that she stabbed her boyfriend with a knife because of taking too much time on the phone and she thought that he was cheating on her with other girls thus she became furious and attacked her boyfriend and killed him.
Zichan now is advising her fellow youths to avoid too much concentration on the phone while in a relationship.
