Majority of Kenyans have been questioning his gender, and many people have been linking him to the LGBTQ Community which is currently gaining fame in kenya. At some point he had placed the rainbow flag on his tiktok profile, which is a simple of the LGBTQ Community.
In his latest Instagram post, Kinuthia has shocked many people after he shared a photo of him wearing a cute dress and putting on a make up. In the captions he referred to himself as small girl with a big God. Hence he meant that he is a lady.
The statements have attracted mixed reactions from the social media netizens. The tiktoker has never spoke about his gender, but naturally everyone knows he is a man, however following his latest Instagram page post, it seems like Kinuthia has changed his gender from a man to a lady.

A year ago, her mother was asked about the gender of his son, she said that she is just aware tha Kinuthia likes dressing like ladies, but she knows very well that she gave birth to a man.
Her mother said that she is happy with the achievements Kinuthia is making in the content creation industry and she will continue supporting him.
Kinuthia also raised eyebrows, after he revealed that he would like to get married and get pregnant very soon. The story went viral online and many people were shocked with his words. It seems that the tiktoker might change her gender completely because he is now used to ladies lifestyle.
