We are in the period where learners are heading back to schools and parents together with guardians are currently struggling to take their children to form one. However, a challenge comes about to those learners who perhaps their parents are down financially or they come from humbly families. At the same time there are children who are total orphans.
This is the case that singer Akothe has met after a video of one leaner who did her KCPE and scored 351 marks went viral lacking School fee and not seeing any sign of joining form one. In the video, a girl who was identified as Makina Adhiambo got a calling letter to join Nyakach girls. However, she is not seeing any sign of joining the said secondary school.
Akothe who posted about the issue claimed that she is currently sponsoring so many students and may not promise to help the said girl and for that reason needs the public help so the girl can accomplish her dreams.
Kenyans gave their own opinion in different ways as some supported the matter and promising to chip in, some criticized the matter saying she can be helped by the area mp.
