In the past few hours or so, Gospel singer Nicah The Queen and famous Ohangla musician Emma Jalamo have been making the headlines.

This is because the former recently took to her social media platforms, to claim that the latter was destroying her relationship.

According to Nicah The Queen, Emma Jalamo was doing this by calling her at weird hours of the night, while she was he was with her man DJ Slahver.

Not only did he do that, she was also angry because he was posting her on Facebook, and added a caption saying “jaoda…Nicah” which translates to “my wife Nicah”.

The voluptuous singer further claimed that the Ohangla musician had sent her some Kshs 200,000, and this even led to DJ Slahver walking out on her.

Even though she later returned the money, Nicah The Queen further claimed that Emma Jalamo even followed her to Mombasa and offered her some tickets to Malaysia.

In her post, she also warned him that she is not a socialite who will accept his goodies just like that.

Nicah The Queen takes legal action against Emma Jalamo
On Saturday afternoon, Nicah The Queen disclosed to her fans that she has finally taken legal action against Emma Jalamo.

Via her instagram account the ‘Wahi wahi’ hit maker revealed that she had contacted her lawyers, and through the firm she demanded that the Ohangla musician accept that he had damaged her reputation.

This is because he made Nicah The Queen to look like one who is thirsty for extramarital affairs, while she was happy in her relationship with DJ Slahver.

Nicah The Queen also wanted a public apology from Emma Jalamo, and that he had to do that within seven days, failure to which he would be sued.

“…The purpose of this letter is therefore to demand from you the immediate admission of liability, a prominent retraction and apology to our client for the injury and harm occasioned to her and her family, as consequence of the said publication.

We demand that the retraction and apology be published on your said Facebook page withing SEVEN (7) days from the date of this letter” Read part of the letter.
