The deputy president of the republic of Kenya Mr Rigathi Gachagua has come out publicly to Kenyans that azimio la umoja one Kenya coalition members who want to meet the president must meet him first.He said that it is his duty as the deputy president of the republic of Kenya to protect the fifth president of the republic of Kenya Mr William Samoei Ruto who is also the United Democratic Alliance party leader.
Rigathi Gachagua went ahead to say that azimio la umoja were a few days ago saying that they do not recognise William Samoei Ruto ascthe president then all over sudden they now want to make truce with the president of the republic of Kenya.While addressing urban housing crisis in Nairobi the deputy president of the republic of Kenya Mr Rigathi Gachagua said that the azimio cohort must meet him first before they meet with the president.
Rigathi also said that Azimio la umoja one Kenya coalition party should forget about a possible handshake saying that the country is suffering right now because of handshake which ruined the economy.He has now vowed that they are ready to meet with Raila Amollo Odinga but not on the aspect of a possible handshake between him and president William Samoei Ruto.
