This means that the two have good chemistry, and maybe Mitchelle Ntalami has decided to keep her relationship with Fena private. How she did with Makena Njeri, until breaking up, is when people knew they were lovers.
Both Mitchelle Ntalami and Fena Gitu are in the LGBTQ Community. The only difference between the two is that Mitchelle Ntalami is androsexual, meaning she is attracted to masculinity and energy.
