While many celebrities flood social media with photos of their families, others refrain from posting about their children. We see them blurring or covering their kids’ faces with emojis in pictures before posting them on social media or showing their kids only from the back or not showing them at all.
Musician Bahati and his wife Diana Marua welcomed their third child together, Malaika Bahati, last year on November 1st 2022.
Since then the Bahati’s have been going out of their way to keep pictures of their daughter from circulating online. However they never shy about posting their kids pictures and even opening social media accounts for them. They are known to regularly share family snaps of their whole family on social media.
Today on her YouTube channel dubbed ‘Diana Bahati’ Diana teased her eight hundred and thirty five thousand subscribers that she was going to reveal her baby’s face. Only for her to them down stating that they will have to wait for a long period of time.
“Mimi niwaonyeshe? Mimi eti pressure ya online, niwaonyeshe uso ya mtoto wangu? Mtangoja sana.”
She defended her statement by saying that once she hits a million subscribers it’s when she is going to reveal Malaika’s face.
“Mtacome kuona Malaika. Me am not mean with my baby’s face. I am for now because you know what guys? We are on the road to a million subscribers and I said ata tukifika a million subscribers leo you get to see Malaika’s face.”
Malaika however, just like her siblings, Morgan, Mueni, Heaven and Majesty, also has an Instagram account with over thirty four thousand followers. The account is managed by her parents, Diana Marua and Bahati Kenya.
