Jamaican dancehall king Konshens is in the country, and everyone is hoping for a chance to spend time with him.

The musician is set to perform at a concert on Friday, December 31, at the Carnivore Grounds, an event very much awaited by his fans.

Before that, Konshens has been spending time with Kenyan celebrities, including rapper KRG The Don and Amber Ray. In a now-viral video, the rapper could be seen embracing Amber during a meetup, and the lass was in all smiles.

The two were undoubtedly in a great mood as they enjoyed a drink with Konshens showering the socialite with praises over her good looks.

One could hear the Do Sum’n hitmaker lauding Amber as the most influential lady in East Africa and noting how much she’s blessed at the back.

“Amber, the most influential somebody in East Africa. Check the bumper. Big up Amber all Kenyan and East Africa people. Mad love,” he said.

The recent divorcee could be seen laughing as she blushed with a huge smile on her face, enjoying the company of one of the biggest musical influences in the world.

In another video shared on KRG’s Instagram, the two musicians were spotted welcoming people to a club performance set for Thursday, December 30.

They hilariously claimed that they were fans of Chapo mandondo, a famous Kenyan meal, noting they were headed to eat that after work. KRG also shared clips working with Konshens, revealing that the two were working on a collaboration.

Recently, the dancehall star thrilled fans after announcing he was on his way to Kenya and shared photos of himself aboard a flight.

Konshens shared photos of himself in a flight from the United States where he had a show, and his Kenyan fans had a ball with memes and comments to welcome the star who is a regular performer in the country.

In the memes, Many reminded him that he is partly Kenyan, with others even creating posters claiming he is vying for a political seat in the country.
