Saginis’ story has hit headlines and left many wondering. This is after the three year old was found in their farm with his eyes gouged out. Authorities are still working to ensure the baby and her sister Shantel gets justice.
Mike Sonko came to his rescue after he offered to take him abroad for medication. Other stakeholders came in too and Sagini together with his sister Shantel were taken to Nairobi childrens’ home. This is after it was realised they were no longer safe in their home at Kisii. The saddest part of the story is that Sagini was allegedly sodomised and her sister Shantel molested several times.
The suspects are still being arrested. After a report by Nation on the internet, kenyans have reacted since Saginis’ grandmother has just been arrested as one of the suspects. Someone went ahead commenting that the grandmother was too old to be involved in such act. It will be too early to judge so let the court hear her side of the story for a better conclusion and judgement.
