Renowned Citizen TV journalist Steven Letoo has cautioned renowned Mugithi musician Samidoh over the recent dramas surrounding his marriage. The media personality called out the singer following the recent online scandal involving him, his wife Edday Nderitu, and baby mama Karen Nyamu. The three were involved in an altercation that was captured on camera at a nightclub in Dubai.
According to Steven Letoo one should be extremely careful when handling a polygamous marriage. He on to points out that there is a lot of bitterness that is involved when it comes to such a type of marriage. The journalist explained that Samidoh should have ensured a peaceful co-existence between Edday Nderitu and Karen Nyamu.
In a lengthy statement that he published online, he highlighted why it is important for equality to exist when handling two wives. He further explained that there are always consequences whenever one favors one wife to the other.
“The polygamy association notes with bitterness the manner in which our member is not taming his wives. He should ensure harmonious co-existence and respect between the two wives,” Steven Letoo’s message read.
“No wife should be undermined. If he goes with Wife A (Edday) to Dubai let him take Wife B (Karen) to the Maldives, failure to which the consequences should be better imagined than felt,” the message read further.
The journalist also offered a piece of advice to Samidoh on how to resolve the unending drama that has haunted his marriage for a long time.
“Finally and most importantly, the drama in Dubai has left us with no option but to tell our member Samidoh to immediately add a third wife into the family to neutralize the growing tension that risks bringing down his respected empire,” he added.
