Kenyan singer Wahu Kagwi has revealed what he has been using currently to increase her breast milk production. The reason why she has revealed this is because she has a new born baby whom they recently welcomed with her husband Nameless.
Wahu said took to her Instagram stories and listed what she is currently using. She wrote that she is using 3 to 4 litres of water per day.
She also added that said she is using healthy balanced diet and she is not skipping any meals. Also she is having enough sleep.
The fourth one is that she is staying away from stress triggers. The last is that she is using lactation products.
