A woman whose idendity remains confidential for security and legal reasons has caused a moment of stand still of operations outside the Nairobi Central Business District Jogoo House building today. The drama begun after the lady launched a sit-in outside the building demanding that see the man whom she claimed is her husband and works as a cop in one of the offices inside the jogoo House accusing her husband of abandoning the fatherhood responsibilities. In her companion, she was escorted by two children and another young kid. “This man has refused to take care of the children. We have had nothing to eat for days and that forced me to come here. This child is sick and I do not have money for treatment. The father of my children is a police officer and his seniors are protecting him,” she cried.
Dressed in a wedding gown, her sit-in attracted masses who were excited to hear her story that was emphasized by cries and pleads claiming that, her family as not had food for several days and that the little kid has been sick and she did not have any money to take the kid to the hospital. She further produced Kenyatta National Hospital documentations as a proof that the child was sick and that is why she decided to look for the husband. She pleaded for the head of state William Ruto and Interior Cabinet Secretary to help in settling her matter. Her attention that attracted the public caused traffic jam along the busy street forcing the police officer who man around to take immediate action.
