Police are seeking 10 days to detain two suspects in connection with the murder of the 38-year-old businesswoman Caroline Wanjiku.
She was kidnapped two weeks ago and later found dead in Kajiado. The police want two suspects: Edwin Otieno and Samuel Okoth be detained for 10 days so that they can complete their investigations and Stephen odour and Mercy Gitiri be released on bond.
The first and second respondents however through their lawyer s Cliff Ombetsa and Shadrack Mwinzi opposed the detectives’ applications on the ground that it lacks merit.
