Rapper Khaligraph Jones filed a lawsuit against Karimi Muriungi also known as Cashy; the mother of his child but he unexpectedly lost since the court decided in the defendant’s favour.
For a long period, Khaligraph and Cashy were embroiled in a bitter custody dispute involving their son Xolani. Yesterday on Friday, November 18, 2022, Cashy posted on social media to announce her triumph over Khaligraph in court.She wrote:-
After disclosing the difficulties she had been having parenting her son Xolani alone, Cashy was forced to appear in court.
The mother of one had publicly criticized Khaligraph on multiple occasions for being a deadbeat father to their kid.
Cashy bemoaned the fact that Khaligraph was not even interested in Xolani’s care saying the rapper had no idea of the boy’s whereabouts or what he ate.
In February 2022, Khaligraph finally took Cashy to court at the Milimani Magistrate’s Court. In his lawsuit, the rapper requested custody of the child as well as a court order prohibiting Cashy from disseminating information about the youngster.
Before Cashy gave birth to their kid in September 2018, the famous ex-couple split up and went their separate ways.
In an interactive Q&A session with her followers on Instagram in October 2021, the mother of one revealed Khaligraph as a deadbeat for the first time.
