President William Ruto’s wife Rachel Ruto on Thursday, stole the show after she landed in Kakamega county with rather unusual outfits.
This was after Rachel, in the company of Environment CabinetSecretary Soipan Tuya landed at the Kakamega Airstrip ahead of a tree-planting exercise.

It was, however, her forest green uniform (a jacket and a trouser) that elicited reactions online, with a section of Kenyans coming out to laud her while praising her new looks.
From the photos shared online, Rachel, who has for a long time, been a lover of skirts, could not hide her joy as she smiles back at a section of Kenyans who had gathered to welcome her into childhood home Kakamega.

While many praised her for being a workaholic, others blamed her for allegedly wanting all the glory of distributing foodstuffs, praying, and planting trees all to herself
“It’s like the first lady wants all the titles for food donation, praying, planting trees, appearing in public as a ground hitter/hard worker name them” lamented one user.
