Just after falling out with the then President Uhuru Kenyatta, the then Deputy President William Ruto ended up forming his TangaTanga camp that later resulted to hustler nation which gave birth to the UDA party. From that time, Ruto strengthened the UDA party and as we are speaking, it is the ruling party in the country.
While that is the case, it seems like the UDA party may end up collapsing just as quick as it did rise. That is because since taking over power, President William Ruto has not been living to expectations from Kenyans who believed that he could fix the high cost of living puzzle immediately and now, they have been complaining while others regretting for voting for the UDA leadership.
For that reason, today all the by-election contestants in the country were publicly warned against using the UDA party in the by-elections. Through his official facebook account, Wahome Thuku warned them as he told them that running on the UDA party ticket during the by-elections may lead to their defeat.
“BY elections ni lini? Running on UDA mighty be the most risky thing to do.” Said Wahome Thuku.
