Popular Kenyan artist alias Bamboo painfully narrates how he was recruited to a cult to gain wealth, and how changed everything about his life
According to him he was born in Kenya but raised in the United States. When he finished school he relocated to Kenya where he started his music career. Fortunately things went well at first and he got marketing and advertising opportunities in Kenya . His music was also embraced well. However things changed when he relocated to New York.
He said that his promising career took a different turn. He didn’t get the reception he expected. His wasn’t signed in good record labels and he struggled to stay afloat. That’s when he met a young lady and the two fell inlove. His girlfriend saw how he was struggling on the music industry and she offered to help him.
He said that she took him to a native doctor who offered to help him. He promised to change his life once he agreed to join a cult. He was shown in a vision of how his life would change. He was promised to get a lot of money in terms of wealth and also become successful in his music career.
“The ritualist had promised me alot of money and wealth, he also told me that I would be successful in my music career.” He said
He was also given some equipments that he would use to perform rituals at home. However when he went home he had a second thought and he decided not to go through with the rituals. However he had already made a covenant and joined the cult when he visited the ritualist. Therefore when he refused to perform the rituals at home strange things happened.
He said that his businesses failed and he lost him money under unclear circumstances. He aslo heard strange voices in his house that spoke to him. He said that he was told to perform the rituals.
On seeing this he broke up with his girlfriend and he relocated back to Kenya. He didn’t carry anything from his previous house in New York. He came back and he met a pastor who offered to pray for him. The pastor’s prayed and released him from the rituals that had been performed by the ritualist he had visited.
Since then he stopped singing and he became a preacher. He is now able to give a testimony of his life to others that have fallen to the same trap he had fallen into.
