Kenya is one country that has had many public holidays in the world. Recently, the country was led into the Mashujaa Day celebration by president William Samoei Arap Ruto at the Uhuru Gardens in Nairobi County. Barely four days, the country will be having another public holiday. This time round on Monday next week.
Kapseret Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Oscar Sudi has cleared the air as he revealed the public holiday that will be celebrated on Monday. According to the vocal politician from the Great Rift Valley region of Kenya, he noted that Monday is a public holiday, Diwali, a Hindu Celebration known as the Festival of Lights. The best thing about Kenya, is that each religion is given space to celebrate its Festival.
