After being insulted by veteran Disk Jockey (DJ) Kalonje for failing to help him while he was the leader of the Nairobi county government, former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko took revenge against DJ Kalonje.
In an Instagram post, the well-known spin doctor berated Sonko and former Starehe MP Charles Kanyi alias Jaguar for not using their clout to help him out when he needed it.

Johnson Sakaja, the next governor of Nairobi, can readily assist if someone needs assistance, according to Kalonje.
The aforementioned politicians did not take it lightly, and Mike Sonko attacked him, stating Kalonje needs to clarify whether he is gay because he was acting like a slay queen by asking for help.
Sonko stated that he was pleading for assistance as though he belonged to a charitable organization.
In his letter, he stated, “Mimi sio redcross ati lazima nikusaidie, mafeelings zako na madepression zako za ma dame peleka mbali na mimi.”
