Retired Vera Sidika, a well-known businesswoman and socialite from Kenya, recently shocked the nation by revealing that she had undergone bariatric surgery.
Sidika asserted in a recent post that the change may have been brought about by a health concern.
The beauty entrepreneur named her new physique “The Rebirth” since she was so happy with it.

I had to have surgery because of health risks, and it was the hardest time of my life. I’ve accepted it even if I still find it difficult to believe it, and I’m learning to love myself despite it “as she stated.
She urged the audience to continually put love of oneself first as a result.

It’s been difficult, and I didn’t even bother to celebrate my birthday this year because of it. And yet, here we are. Please send me birthday wishes; it’s my birthday.
She also thanked her spouse Brown Mauzo for serving as her main source of inspiration throughout the procedure.
